Hung and dressed for you
We fit the hardware, hang the curtains and arrange the finished folds.
Handmade curtains with the right fullness
Curtains need enough fabric to hang well, close properly and suit the scale of the room. We measure your window and produce handmade curtains to the agreed dimensions, finished with sateen twill lining. The heading changes the whole look. Eyelets create broad, even folds on a pole. Pinch pleats give a structured, tailored shape, while pencil pleats create a softer gathered line that can work with poles or tracks. During a Newport home appointment, we show you fabrics and explain how pattern, colour, drape and visual weight will affect the finished window rather than leaving you to judge from a screen.

Coordinate the fabric and the hardware
The pole or track has to support the curtains and suit the chosen heading. We can supply metal and wooden poles, tracks, holdbacks, cushions and tie-backs, helping you coordinate the practical fittings with the fabric. Once the measurements and heading are settled, the curtains are made and prepared for installation. We return to fit the hardware, hang the curtains, and dress the folds so they sit correctly. We also check the closing position and clearance around the window. This gives you one clear process instead of separate measuring, hardware, and hanging jobs.
Frequently asked questions
Which curtain heading works with a track?
Pencil-pleat curtains commonly work with tracks, while other headings have different hardware needs. We consider the look you want, available space and existing fittings before confirming the heading and support.
What does sateen twirl lining add to curtains?
The lining supports a more finished appearance and gives the face fabric extra body. It also separates the decorative material from the glass. We explain the complete curtain specification before your order is placed.
Can curtain poles and accessories be supplied too?
Yes. Available accessories include metal and wooden poles, tracks, holdbacks, cushions and tie-backs. We help coordinate them with the heading, fabric and other finishes already used in the room.
